GoAppraiser was developed to be a leading personalized and flexible provider of real estate valuation services. We allow the client to customize their experience according to their company’s specifications. We offer full services for most real estate transactions.

At GoAppraiser, we understand the appraisal business since the AMC is designed and managed by experienced appraisers. We select qualified licensed appraisers who know the subject market to do your appraisal. Our efficiency and willingness to take only a small portion of the fee for our services allows us to pay the appraisers their reasonable fee, resulting in better appraisals.

GoAppraiser offers the following commitments to our clients:

  • Complete Service AMC - We can do all your appraisals from residential to commercial.

  • Nationwide Presence - We have assembled a dedicated department to manage our appraiser database. They monitor our nationwide presence and recruit appraisers in growing market areas. Recruitment efforts include: verifying license information; checking references; and reviewing previous appraisal reports.

  • Quality Assurance – We are committed to follow the strictest guidelines when monitoring quality. Our appraisers are licensed and know their local areas. We do not sell our assignments to the lowest bidder. We pay our appraisers “customary and reasonable fees” charging only a small portion of the fee for our services so we attract the best, experienced appraisers. Also, we provide a reward system, the highest quality appraisers get the most work.

Every appraisal report is reviewed. Several types of reviews can be performed to ensure compliance with industry standards including report completeness, and accuracy. The appraisals are reviewed for supportable value conclusions and the results of these reviews are used in assessing the performance of appraisers, identifying training needs and evaluating geographic concerns.

We provide quality appraisals throughout the United States in a timely manner, resulting in a cost-effective way for customers to reduce overhead and to shift the burden of compliance to GoAppraiser.

  • Technology - Our system software created exclusively for GoAppraiser tracks order status, billing and communications between the appraiser, the client and ourselves. GoAppraiser is on the forefront of implementing MISMO XML prior to the March 19, 2012 deadline. Our appraisals will soon be delivered in ULDD compliant MISMO XML format and in PDF format. Using this format, the software automatically scans the report and errors are promptly corrected. GoAppraiser offers Registered Agent Services. We can deliver the appraisals directly to the GSE for you.

COMPANY HISTORY

In 2008, GoAppraiser was developed by Jean-Marc Decuyper who owned a large successful fee shop in Orange County, CA. for 20 years. Seeing what other AMCs were offering, Jean-Marc created GoAppraiser with both the lender and the appraiser in mind. GoAppraiser is not a faceless large corporation, but consists of a panel of appraisers who have worked the market for many, many years. We have expanded to a national company while still keeping a local feel to the process.
