When receiving a new order you will be contacted first by Email, but since time is of the essence, you may also be contacted by phone and/or fax.
We are not selling anything except our appraisal services, so you will receive no unsolicited email from us.

Each appraisal has its own log file keeping track of all communication between Appraiser, Client and GoAppraiser. All three parties can examine the log 24/7 and add additional information. In addition an Email will be sent to the desired parties informing them of a change. Since the message log is specific to the individual appraisal there is less confusion and misunderstanding. This convenient mode of communications means no more phone tags or faxes.
The appraisal fee, method of payment and Terms and Conditions will be clearly explained with each order and the order form will be your letter of engagement whereby acceptance of the order also means acceptance of the fee, method of payment and terms and conditions.
Accept only the orders you are willing to take. Reject those you don’t want.
Ask for higher fee: If you reject an order because you want a higher fee you can let us know of your fee and we will let the client decide if that fee is acceptable or if we need to find an appraiser that will do the work at the lower fee.
We allow quotes for all commercial appraisals as well as complex residential properties.
On quoted orders we are your link to the client and will let you and the client know in writing when a deal has been reached.
You can view your orders by status from new orders to completed orders.
You can view your accounts receivable online tracking the payment status on your orders.
Performance history: We keep track of your performance awarding “bonus points” for appraisals well done in a timely matter and “negative points” for unsatisfactory work or excessive turn around time. These points are incorporated in the formula when an appraiser is selected for an assignment.
Local appraisals: The main premise of our site is to find a qualified appraiser who knows the subject area. Although appraisers service a wide area, the area they know best is still the area where they live, therefore we feel that in most cases, the best appraiser for the job is the one living the closest to the subject property. Therefore most appraisals you will receive from us will be located very close to your home base. The secondary benefit to local appraisals is that you are saving driving time and gas money and in return with a lower overhead are able to do the appraisal for a slightly reduced fee.
