Two of the greatest features of our software are the Log and the automated e-mails; both keep you informed on what is going on with your appraisal order. The Log keeps track by date and time of all activity related to a specific order such as for example acceptance of an appraisal order or completion of an appraisal. In addition both the Appraiser and the Client are able to communicate with one another by typing a message in the Log. Anytime the appraiser creates a new Log entry, an e-mail is sent to the Client to communicate the Log entry, and Log entries by the Client are e-mailed to the Appraiser. In addition, the Log provides a written record of all events and communication regarding a specific appraisal.
When you order an appraisal, the software will calculate the appraisal fee depending on the options selected. You can then change the options as desired and accept the fee when satisfied. Also you can preview our low competitive appraisal fees in the Client section of the website.
For commercial appraisals or unusual/custom appraisals we have the ability of getting quotes from multiple appraisers. Then you have the choice of which quote to accept depending on fee, promised turnaround and additional information.

We can do Automated Valuation Reports (AVR) which are computer generated, cheap and fast.

We can also do Appraiser Assisted Desk Valuations (AADV) that are like an Automated Valuation Report but done by a licensed appraiser, therefore much more accurate. Will provide information on the property and a general estimate of value. Note: In order to stay HVCC compliant, when a full appraisal (or other type of appraisal) is ordered after an AADV was performed, the full appraisal will NEVER be assigned to the appraiser that did the AADV and the appraiser doing the full appraisal MAY NOT be told about the AADV so that his/her value is not influenced in any way.

We have 3 payment options depending on your status as a client: 1) You pay for each appraisal as you order them. 2) You pay weekly for all the appraisals ordered that week. 3) You pay biweekly for all appraisals ordered in the past two weeks.
Each appraisal ordered through GoAppraiser.com has its own custom engagement form that the appraiser must agree to before he/she can accept the order. The engagement form can be tailored to fit your requirements.
To save you time and money, our quality control experts can review the appraisal report before forwarding it to you. Depending on your needs we can review the report for completeness and common errors, do a desk review for accuracy, do an extended desk review, or do a field review.
